Mason Frank is currently working exclusively with a growing Salesforce Partner who is looking to hire a Junior Managed Services Consultant to join their expanding consulting team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of Salesforce experience who is looking to make the transition from an internal Salesforce/administrator role into a client-facing consulting career. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Salesforce consultants, gain exposure to a variety of customers and projects, and develop your consulting skill set within a supportive and growing team.

This role will include a clear training plan and support on consulting best practices.

Base Salary: Up to £35,000

Fully Remote

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with their ongoing Salesforce requirements and enhancements
  • Work alongside experienced consultants on managed services engagements
  • Build and maintain Salesforce solutions based on client requirements
  • Investigate and resolve Salesforce issues and provide recommendations
  • Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders
  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
  • Support configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce changes
  • Develop your understanding of Salesforce best practices and consulting methodologies
  • Work towards taking ownership of your own client requirements and projects

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of Salesforce experience
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform
  • Salesforce Administration experience
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation
  • Good understanding of Salesforce best practices
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with customers and stakeholders
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator would be highly desirable
  • Previous consulting experience is not required — this is an opportunity to transition into consulting
