We are partnering with a Summit-Level (Platinum) Salesforce Partner in London to hire a Salesforce Technical Lead. This agency/consultancy works with high-profile enterprise clients across complex multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft).
The Role
- Technical Governance: Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices across Apex, LWC, and integrations.
- Architecture & Design: Translate complex business requirements into scalable, clean technical designs in collaboration with Solution Architects.
- Hands-on Leadership: Lead from the front on core technical builds while guiding junior/mid-level Salesforce developers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Run technical discovery workshops and explain complex architectural concepts to non-technical business leaders.
What We're Looking For
- Salesforce Expertise: Strong track record in hands-on development (Apex, LWC, Triggers, REST/SOAP APIs) within complex Salesforce environments.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience acting as a Lead Developer, Module Lead, or Tech Lead mentoring other developers.
- Consulting / Partner Background: Prior experience working within a Salesforce SI, Partner, or Consultancy is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Active certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, PDII, or Sharing & Visibility Architect are a strong plus.
Location: Based within commutable distance to Central London for client workshops and team collaboration days.
