Our focus is on helping organisations maximise value from Salesforce, with a strong emphasis on Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing). As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a talented Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant to join our fully remote UK team.
Role Overview
As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimising Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and support end-to-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions (CPQ & Billing)
- Gather and analyse client requirements, translating them into functional and technical designs
- Configure and customise Salesforce CPQ, including product setup, pricing rules, quote templates, and approvals
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) to deliver high-quality solutions
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and user training sessions
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimisation
- Provide best practice guidance on Revenue Cloud capabilities and processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing implementations
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working with Salesforce CPQ (Revenue Cloud)
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes
- Hands-on configuration experience (price rules, product bundles, approvals, etc.)
- Experience working in a Salesforce Partner or consultancy environment preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist) are highly desirable
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Billing
- Knowledge of integrations and APIs
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
