The Role
As a core member of the Engineering team, you will collaborate with Product and Design squads to build high-performance solutions. You will be responsible for the architectural integrity and scalability of the Salesforce environment, ensuring it remains a competitive advantage for the business.
Key Focus Areas:
- Full-Stack Development: Lead the build of sophisticated UI and backend logic using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Systems Architecture: Manage complex data flows and integrations with external platforms, utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and modern middleware.
- Next-Gen Tech: Actively contribute to the R&D of AI-driven automation and Salesforce’s latest intelligence tooling.

What We Are Looking For
- A strong track record of building responsive, complex LWCs with a focus on performance and UX.
