Are you an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer or Tech Lead looking to step into a leading role at one of the ecosystem's top partners? We are partnering with a Summit-Level (Platinum) Salesforce Partner in London to hire a Salesforce Technical Lead. This agency/consultancy works with high-profile enterprise clients across complex multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft).
The Role
- As Technical Lead, you will sit at the intersection of technical architecture, hands-on development, and team mentorship.
- Hands-on Leadership: Lead from the front on core technical builds while guiding junior/mid-level Salesforce developers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Run technical discovery workshops and explain complex architectural concepts to non-technical business leaders.
- Strong track record in hands-on development (Apex, LWC, Triggers, REST/SOAP APIs) within complex Salesforce environments.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience acting as a Lead Developer, Module Lead, or Tech Lead mentoring other developers.
- Prior experience working within a Salesforce SI, Partner, or Consultancy is highly desirable.
- Active certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, PDII, or Sharing & Visibility Architect are a strong plus.
Base salary up to 90,000 (dependent on experience)
