Are you ready to architect the future of AI-driven customer experience? Mason Frank has partnered with a globally renowned, elite digital transformation consultancy to find a visionary Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce Solution Architect at the Manager level.

This is not a standard configuration role. You will join a high-calibre Technology & Transformation team, designing and deploying cutting-edge enterprise solutions for iconic global brands. You will be at the absolute forefront of the ecosystem - orchestrating multi-step, autonomous processes using Agentforce and locking down data harmonisation via Data Cloud.

The Role

  • Architect & Implement: Lead the physical design and end-to-end execution of Salesforce Data Cloud instances seamlessly integrated with Sales, Service, and Commerce Clouds.
  • Drive Agentic AI: Design and integrate Agentforce-powered AI capabilities and Generative AI workflows (content creation, summarisation, insights) while strictly adhering to the Salesforce Trust Layer.
  • Data Mastery: Own the data streams, unified data models, transformations, identity resolution, and segmentations across massive enterprise data landscapes.
  • Mitigate Risk: Identify technical design and data model risks early, collaborating directly with engineering teams and business stakeholders to solve them.
  • Lead & Influence: Act as the crucial technical resource in workshops, translating intricate requirements into story-based narratives for executive-level presentations.

Your Profile

You are a perfect blend of a strategic ideas person and a hands-on technical doer. You thrive in collaborative, diverse environments and possess deep expertise in cross-cloud integrations.

Required Technical Skills & Certifications:

  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification, backed by at least one end-to-end Data Cloud implementation.
  • Agentforce Specialist certification, with hands-on experience delivering 1-2 Agentforce Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Salesforce Admin & Platform App Builder certifications (strong experience with Salesforce Flows is essential).
  • Solid understanding of customer data modelling best practices and mid-level SQL proficiency.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud data warehouses/lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Exceptional presentation and narrative-building skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with SOQL and Apex.
  • Front-end coding skills (HTML, CSS/SASS, TypeScript, React, XML, JSON).
