Mason Frank are proud to partner with a well established and highly respected Salesforce Summit Partner, who have instructed us on a Lead Salesforce Consultant role.

The lead Consultant will embody a Techno-Functional Consultant skill set, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of Salesforce implementations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design effective solutions, and provide ongoing support and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and other Salesforce components.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Conduct solution design sessions and create detailed technical documentation.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Train and support end-users to maximize the value of Salesforce solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer.
• Exceptional communication style – this role is client facing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.

Additional Information:

This role is UK based and will require travel to client site (when required) as such it is expected candidates are based in the UK and have full right to work.
