In this role you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to ensure they are leveraging their platform. To be successful, you must be a Salesforce Certified professional with a deep understanding of customer success strategies and best practices. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the customers, providing proactive support to help them achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and their customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organisations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
