In this role you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to ensure they are leveraging their platform. To be successful, you must be a Salesforce Certified professional with a deep understanding of customer success strategies and best practices. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the customers, providing proactive support to help them achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and their customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, upsell and cross-sell solutions, and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organisations.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified (Admin as a minimum).
  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
