Join a Leading Salesforce Partner. Mason Frank are working with one of the most forward-thinking Salesforce Partners in the ecosystem, and they’re looking to hire a CRM Analytics Consultant with strong Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
The Role:
- Designing and delivering end-to-end CRM Analytics solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
- Ingesting and harmonising data from multiple sources to build scalable CDP models.
- Creating insightful, interactive dashboards and data visualisations that support business decisions.
- Advising clients on segmentation, identity resolution, and real-time personalisation.
- Partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics.
- Strong grasp of data modelling, segmentation, and dashboard development.
- Comfortable advising on data strategy, governance, and analytics best practices.
- Prior consulting experience is a plus, especially within Salesforce projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, etc.) highly desirable.
