Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solution designs
- Act as the primary functional lead across Salesforce implementation projects
- Collaborate with technical architects and developers to ensure solutions align with best practices
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide strategic guidance to clients
- Mentor and guide junior consultants within the project team
