With continued investment and ambitious expansion plans ahead, we’re now looking for a high-performing Account Executive to help drive the next phase of growth. The Role

  • Hiring an experienced Account Executive to focus on winning new logos and driving net-new revenue across the market. This is a true hunter role, ideal for someone who thrives on building pipeline, opening doors, creating relationships with senior decision-makers and closing new business.
  • You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and close.
  • Working closely with leadership, marketing and solution teams, you’ll play a key role in expanding our client base and helping shape our continued growth strategy.

New Business Development

  • Own and deliver against new logo revenue targets across the UK market.
  • Identify, target and win net-new customers aligned to our ideal client profile.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outbound activity, networking, referrals and partner relationships.
  • Develop account strategies to engage senior stakeholders and uncover transformation opportunities.

End-to-End Sales Ownership

  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through to contract signature.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client challenges, business priorities and Salesforce-related opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal pre-sales and delivery teams to shape compelling proposals and solutions.
  • Negotiate commercials, proposals and contracts to successful close.

Relationship Building

  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers including CROs, COOs, CIOs, Heads of Sales, Customer Experience and Transformation leaders.
  • Position the business as a strategic Salesforce consulting partner.
  • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, industry events and client engagements.

Pipeline & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM.
  • Report on activity, pipeline progression and revenue performance.
  • Deliver consistent new business performance against quarterly and annual targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Account Executive, Business Development or New Business Sales role within Salesforce consulting, SaaS, CRM consulting or technology services.
  • Strong track record of winning net-new logos and consistently delivering against new business revenue targets.
  • A genuine hunter mentality with confidence generating pipeline and opening new opportunities from scratch.
  • Experience owning complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting through to close.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and understand business transformation needs.
  • Commercially driven, self-motivated and highly proactive.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
