We are looking for an enthusiastic and aspiring Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce Senior Consultant to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their technical expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, alongside Sales, Service, and Commerce Clouds. The successful candidate will have a foundational understanding of data analysis and a passion for learning how to translate insights into practical solutions. We seek a proactive and curious individual who is keen to delve into technical details, ask insightful questions, contribute to recommendations, and support the delivery of impactful results.
The Role
- Assist with the development, building, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Support project execution activities, including analysis, documentation, solution development, testing, and performance monitoring, to help meet client expectations.
- Learn to identify potential technical design and data model risks and contribute to devising strategies to mitigate them.
- Participate in technical design and data model workshops alongside Engineering Teams and business stakeholders.
- Help translate and communicate technical requirements and solutions to business stakeholders, learning to craft clear narratives.
- Support the consistent updating of technical documentation through active participation in technical workshops.
- Participate in sessions to understand client needs relating to technical marketing and Salesforce Data Cloud requirements, acting as a supportive resource during implementation.
- Learn to assess client requirements, contribute to proposed solutions, and understand the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Develop foundational knowledge as a technical solution specialist within the Salesforce Data Cloud ecosystem, including components such as Data Streams, Unified Data Model, Transformations, Insights, Identity Resolution, Segmentations, and Activations.
- Assist in developing and maintaining key data model, segmentation, architecture, code documentation, and technical resources.
