Technical Delivery Manager | Public Sector Digital Transformation
Locations: Belfast, Bristol, Glasgow, London or Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £85,000 up to £110,000 (dependent upon location) + Benefits
Tenth Revolution Group is partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to deliver large-scale digital transformation programmes across the UK Public Sector.
You'll lead multidisciplinary teams delivering citizen-facing digital services, CRM and contact centre transformations, AI-enabled solutions, and cloud-based platforms, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies and GDS standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Senior Manager, or Associate Director
- Strong Public Sector and digital transformation experience
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), DevOps, and modern software development
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex technology programmes
- Knowledge of GDS standards, GDPR, and government security principles
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance
