A fast‑growing digital media & events organisation operating across Europe, known for delivering high‑impact industry conferences, content, and partnerships. We’re looking for a Senior Internal Operations Manager to take ownership of internal operations and keep the business running with structure, clarity, and consistency. This is a hands‑on role reporting to the COO, ideal for someone who loves improving processes, connecting teams, and delivering measurable operational impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Run day‑to‑day internal operations and ensure processes are followed across teams.
  • Map, document, and improve workflows (procurement, approvals, onboarding/offboarding, project delivery).
  • Own Monday.com — boards, automations, dashboards, reporting.
  • Maintain cross‑department visibility and operational alignment.
  • Manage corporate administration & compliance across UK and Malta entities (no legal background required).
  • Coordinate filings, KYC, insurance renewals, trademarks, and governance deadlines.
  • Consolidate KPIs from all departments and prepare clear performance reports for leadership.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years in operations, process management, or corporate administration.
  • Strong Monday.com expertise.
  • Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience working with CSPs.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Forward thinking.

  • Analytical mindset and a natural drive for structure and clarity.
