Are you a strategic, creative and outrageously organised marketer looking for your next step? This 6-month maternity cover offers the chance to take ownership of a major B2B technology event and work across the full marketing mix - from campaign strategy to audience development, paid media, PR, content alignment and commercial growth.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies across a large-scale tech event
- Leading messaging, copywriting and outbound communications to drive delegate and exhibitor engagement
- Partnering with sales to deliver campaigns that support new business, retention and revenue growth
- Building strategic audience development plans aligned to event positioning and key messaging
- Managing paid media, PR agency collaboration and brand amplification across digital and broadcast channels
- Overseeing community building and social media strategies that deepen engagement and brand affinity
- Managing databases, segmentation, reporting and forecasting with BI/data support
- Owning delegate/visitor revenue generation, pricing strategy and registration delivery
- Managing budgets, POs and stakeholder sign-off across marketing materials and content
What we’re looking for
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Confidence working with CRM/CMS systems, email automation and digital marketing tools (GA, Google Ads, etc.)
- Ability to analyse KPIs, demographics and market trends to optimise performance
- Flexibility around peak event periods
