Working Pattern
- Reporting to: Office Manager and Headmistress
- Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm, Friday 7:30am–3:30pm (term time + 2 weeks in summer)
- This role isn’t remote

Key Responsibilities
- Answer telephone queries, respond to emails
- Greet visitors and organise tours
- Draft letters and emails (candidate must have excellent grammar, spelling and formatting skills)
- Book meetings
- Liaise with pupils, parents and staff daily
- Distribute school announcements
- Provide administrative support to teachers and the leadership team
- Manage school payment system – tracking, chase overdue payments for lunch, trips, extra-curricular activities
- Help set up and run school events, assemblies, trips
