Working Pattern

  • Reporting to: Office Manager and Headmistress
  • Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm, Friday 7:30am–3:30pm (term time + 2 weeks in summer)
  • This role isn’t remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone queries, respond to emails
  • Greet visitors and organise tours

  • Book meetings
  • Liaise with pupils, parents and staff daily
  • Distribute school announcements
  • Provide administrative support to teachers and the leadership team
  • Manage school payment system – tracking, chase overdue payments for lunch, trips, extra-curricular activities
  • Help set up and run school events, assemblies, trips
