I'm recruiting for a strategic, hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead a two high-growth co-located portfolio. You’ll guide the ship, drive audience growth with strong management skills creating a safe space for your talented direct reports. To thrive here, you’ll need to be as comfortable building an email campaign as you are presenting a strategy — and you must have exhibition experience across at least two shows with 10,000+ attendees.
3 days in the office / 2 days WFH
What You’ll Do- Lead marketing strategy, positioning and audience growth
- Increase attendance and successfully launch a new show
- Manage & develop two direct reports (marketing managers)
- Roll up your sleeves during peak periods (copy, creative, email builds, digital optimisation)
- Use data to drive decisions and improve performance
- Oversee creative, content, segmentation, budgets and registration
- Collaborate across digital, data and commercial teams
- Track record of delivering growth and strong KPIs
