A globally recognised premium beauty brand is seeking a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the UK and Ireland. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and brings a deep understanding of the luxury consumer journey.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and deliver end-to-end marketing plans across sampling, GWP (Gift With Purchase), events, and consumer engagement
- Develop tailored retailer strategies across online and offline channels to drive visibility and sales
- Collaborate on trade marketing negotiations and empower field teams with 360° campaign tools
- Lead CRM and client strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty
- Monitor stock levels, forecasts, and promotional performance to support revenue targets
- Manage and mentor a small team across e-retail and consumer engagement
- Oversee budget planning and performance analysis across launches and promotions
- Deputise for the Head of Marketing & PR when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven marketing leadership experience, ideally within the beauty
- Experience negotiating trade marketing packages and managing retailer relationships
- Confident in CRM, loyalty, social media, and paid digital media strategy
- Commercially sharp with a strategic mindset and hands‑on approach
- Previous UK work experience is essential
- Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland as needed
