We’re looking for a bright, organised and confident Junior Administrator to join a high-performing school office. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives on variety, responsibility and making a real impact. What You’ll Do
- Act as a first point of contact for calls, visitors, pupils and staff
- Communicate confidently with parents, staff and external guests
- Provide general administrative support across the office
- Handle document preparation
- Maintain accurate digital and paper-based records
- Assist with data entry and routine admin tasks
- Support daily school operations and ad hoc tasks
