Junior Personal Assistant

London | Term Time Only | £28-30K (DOE) | Mon–Thurs 7:30–4:30, Fri 7:30–3:30

My client is a high-functioning, fast-paced team looking for a Junior PA who’s bright, organised, and thrives under pressure. You’ll be the go-to person for multiple senior leaders, juggling priorities, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing communications — inboxes, calls, letters, and emails
  • Supporting five Heads of Year — booking meetings, tracking data, managing Google Classroom
  • Being the calm, proactive presence that keeps things moving
  • There is no working from home flexibility in this role
  • Mon–Thurs 7:30–4:30, Fri 7:30–3:30

Reporting to

Office Manager and Headmistress

Leave / Holidays

  • Summer holiday - OFF
  • 1 week off in Oct
  • 2 weeks off in December
  • 2 weeks off in April
  • 1 week off in May
