My client is a high-functioning, fast-paced team looking for a Junior PA who’s bright, organised, and thrives under pressure. You’ll be the go-to person for multiple senior leaders, juggling priorities, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing communications — inboxes, calls, letters, and emails
- Supporting five Heads of Year — booking meetings, tracking data, managing Google Classroom
- Being the calm, proactive presence that keeps things moving
- There is no working from home flexibility in this role
- Mon–Thurs 7:30–4:30, Fri 7:30–3:30

Office Manager and Headmistress

- 1 week off in Oct
- 2 weeks off in December
