I'm recruiting for a hands-on, highly technical Head of CRM & Revenue Operations to take full ownership of the systems, data, and infrastructure that power our commercial engine across Marketing and Sales. This is a pivotal role for a scaling organisation. You will rebuild, optimise, and maintain a HubSpot ecosystem that the business relies on for decision-making, campaign execution, and revenue growth.
What You’ll Own
- Full ownership of HubSpot as the single source of truth
- CRM architecture, data integrity, deduplication, enrichment, validation
- All integrations (website, event registration, email platforms, third-party tools)
- Lifecycle stages, lead routing, attribution modelling, pipeline structure
- Revenue dashboards, forecasting, and commercial reporting
- Marketing automation: workflows, sequences, scoring, nurture
- Documentation, process optimisation, and AI-enabled operations
- Vendor and contractor management with clear quality standards
What You Bring
- Expert-level HubSpot experience (API integrations, workflows, custom objects, data modelling)
- Proven track record fixing and maintaining CRM data integrity
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels
- Experience managing multi-system integrations
- Ability to build dashboards, attribution models, and forecasting frameworks
- Proactive problem-solver with strong prioritisation and operational discipline
What This Role Is Not
- This is not an entry-level CRM position
- This is not a “set it up once and step away” role; ongoing ownership is required
- The role involves hands-on technical work within HubSpot and related systems
- This is not a role where data issues or integration problems can be passed on; you will be accountable for ensuring systems run cleanly and reliably
If you want to own a commercial CRM ecosystem end-to-end and build a system that scales, we’d love to hear from you.
