An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a prestigious organization in the insurance sector. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels at building strong relationships, managing complex schedules, and ensuring seamless operations at an executive level.

As the right-hand support to the CEO, you’ll oversee extensive diary, inbox, and travel management across multiple time zones, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business priorities. You will also coordinate board meetings, compile board packs, follow up on action points, and liaise with key stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to maintain smooth communication.

Duties to include organising client events, handling budgets, overseeing compliance, and ensuring seamless execution of business projects. Additionally, you will manage monthly expense submissions, reporting, and reconciliation.
