We’ve partnered with a fantastic organisation that’s growing fast and looking for a creative, driven Marketing Executive to join their Coventry team. As Marketing Executive, you’ll work closely with a Marketing Manager and wider cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns for large‑scale UK events. You’ll be hands‑on across the full marketing mix, shaping messaging, driving audience growth and bringing fresh ideas to a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing audience‑growth plans
  • Writing strong, clear outbound communications
  • Delivering multi‑channel campaigns and reporting on KPIs
  • Driving creative/design updates and producing new assets
  • Partnering with sales on integrated campaigns for new business & retention
  • Reviewing campaign performance and optimising based on data
  • Collaborating with external partners on lead‑gen and digital activity
  • Managing multiple projects with pace, accuracy and attention to detail

About You
