What You’ll Be Doing
- School & Head of Year Support
- Coordinate and oversee parent meetings across five year groups
- Act as the trusted “go-to” person for five Heads of Year
- Manage key school inboxes, using judgement to prioritise, respond and escalate
- Support Parent Information Evenings and end-of-term prize presentations
- Work with autonomy, discretion and a high level of professional judgement
- General Office Support
- Handle incoming telephone queries with warmth and clarity
- Draft letters and emails to a high professional standard
- Maintain and quality-assure pastoral data systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability
