Are you a confident, highly organised experienced PA who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves being the person everyone relies on? This role sits at the heart of a high‑performing organisation where no two days look the same — and where your impact is genuinely felt.

We’re looking for someone who has supported multiple executives simultaneously and understands how to flex their style depending on who they’re working with — from hands‑on support for leaders who need close partnership, to more autonomous, light‑touch support for those who prefer independence.

You’ll excel here if you are:

  • Bright, proactive, and solutions‑focused
  • Exceptional with detail, grammar, and written communication
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders with different working styles
  • Calm under pressure and able to juggle competing priorities
  • Personable, assertive, and naturally organised

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing all incoming communication — calls, inbox, letters, emails
  • Providing day‑to‑day support to multiple senior leaders
  • Booking and coordinating parent meetings
  • Diary management
  • Supporting data tracking and reporting
  • Acting as the “go‑to” person for several Heads of Year
  • Getting involved in a wide range of operational tasks — we’re an all‑hands‑on‑deck team

If you’re driven, charismatic, and ready to join a high‑functioning team where you’ll never be clock‑watching, I’d love to hear from you.
