We’re looking for a Senior Internal Operations Manager to take ownership of internal operations and keep the business running with structure, clarity, and consistency. This is a hands‑on role reporting to the COO, ideal for someone who loves improving processes, connecting teams, and delivering measurable operational impact.
What you’ll do:
- Run day‑to‑day internal operations and ensure processes are followed across teams.
- Map, document, and improve workflows (procurement, approvals, onboarding/offboarding, project delivery).
- Own Monday.com — boards, automations, dashboards, reporting.
- Maintain cross‑department visibility and operational alignment.
- Manage corporate administration & compliance across UK and Malta entities (no legal background required).
