Mason Clark Associates are seeking a Chartered Civil Engineer to join and grow our infrastructure team at Associate or Director level. Based in either our York or Leeds offices, this is a strategic role for an experienced professional ready to lead projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development.
You will have a proven track record in a similar consultancy environment, with strong leadership and communication skills. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects, maintaining client relationships, and driving technical excellence across the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee infrastructure projects from concept to delivery.
- Provide technical guidance on drainage, highways, and flood risk schemes.
- Support and mentor engineers working towards chartership.
- Contribute to business development and client engagement.
Chartered status (ICE or equivalent). Strong knowledge of adoptable road and sewer design, SUDS, and FRA documentation. Proficiency in InfoDrainage, and Civil 3D design.
