MCA are seeking a Structural Engineer with a strong interest in Building Conservation to join our busy York built heritage and refurbishment team.
You will be working on Listed Buildings and Scheduled Ancient Monuments as well as non-designated heritage assets across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
Potential recruits must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be aiming for Chartered status.
The role requires excellent analytical and report-writing skills, and a willingness to survey structures at height and within derelict buildings with appropriate risk mitigation.
You will also need strong communication skills and be comfortable with meeting clients and construction professionals.
