Key
Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth ESG analysis on new and existing portfolio companies in order to identify ESG risks and opportunities.
Identify areas for ESG improvement in companies.
Engage with companies on ESG issues and attempt to influence positive change.
Track ESG engagement activities and observe how companies’ behaviour changes over time.
Support Fund Managers with reports relating to ESG assessments and engagements.
Candidate
Requirements: 2-4 years’ work experience in ESG or sustainability research.
Passion for sustainable investing, climate change and responsible ownership.
Fluent spoken and written Mandarin is desirable.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Self-confident, self-motivated, and proactive.
