Our client, a long-only asset manager, is looking to hire an Equity Analyst to cover AIM and small/mid cap UK companies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fundamental analysis of companies in the AIM market to generate investment recommendations
- Monitor existing holdings and lead the construction and maintenance of portfolios
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Produce written research reports and present new ideas to the wider team
- Present at client meetings and new business pitches when required
Candidate Profile:
- Relevant equity research experience on the buy-side or sell-side in the AIM or UK small/mid-cap space is essential
- Ideally portfolio management experience
- CFA qualification would be highly advantageous
- Intellectually curious and passionate about investing
- Extremely diligent and self-driven
