We are working with a highly respected investment management organisation, who are seeking someone to join their Client Services team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused professional to play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, supporting the onboarding, transition and offboarding of clients while ensuring all activities are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding of new clients following successful business wins.
  • Manage complex client transitions and asset transfers.
  • Support client offboarding processes and transfers to external providers.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the transition lifecycle.
  • Respond to client queries professionally and efficiently, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding and transition records and provide progress updates.
  • Assist with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
  • Gather, review and validate client documentation to support regulatory requirements.
  • Support compliance with FCA regulations, Mi FID, FATCA and internal risk procedures.
  • Coordinate investment management documentation and operational activities.
  • Work collaboratively with Operations and other internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

About You

  • Experience in client onboarding, transitions, investment operations or financial services administration.
  • Knowledge of AML and KYC processes.
  • An understanding of FCA regulations, Mi FID and FATCA.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • A collaborative, professional and client-focused mindset.
