A terrific opportunity has arisen to join a leading global investment management firm as a Senior RFP Writer (EMEA). The purpose of this role is to support the Global RFP team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities

  • Complete and coordinate Request for Proposals (RFPs) and responding to DDQ requests.
  • Assist key areas within the business, such as the investment team, to follow up on RFP responses.
  • Sustain and develop the database of EMEA answers on an on‑going basis.
  • Proactively help the team with meeting deadlines and questionnaires/requests.
  • Participate in RFP team initiatives and projects where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in an RFP role.
  • IMC or CFA qualified would be preferable.
  • Can demonstrate a sound market knowledge across asset classes and fixed income.
  • Experience using RocketDocs (PMAPS) would be desirable.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
