Senior Proposal Specialist

A tier-one Investment Manager is currently looking for a Senior RFP Writer to join their team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and produce RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other documents across Fixed Income products.
2. Build and foster relationships internally to ensure consistent external responses and messaging.
3. Coordinate and facilitate RFP kick-off calls to review request requirements and understand client needs.
4. Keep abreast of internal product launches and strategy developments.
5. Coordinate, participate in, or act as the subject matter expert for team projects or cross-functional projects that may be part of a broader initiative.

Requirements:

1. Strong experience in institutional RFP writing with good Fixed Income knowledge.
2. Ability to use and maintain content database.
3. Strong organisational abilities and ability to multi-task.
