Description
A global asset management firm is looking to hire a product specialist to focus on ESG equity strategies as they continue to enhance their reputation as a leader in responsible and sustainable investing. This role will play a pivotal role in driving commercialization of the ESG/Sustainable equity strategies and acting as the technical expert for clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Point of contact for sustainable investment related queries, both internally and externally
- Represent the investment team at client and consultant meetings and pitches
- Contribute to strategic development of the team’s capabilities, supporting with product innovation and launches
- Produce thought-leadership and market update pieces on thematic ESG topics
- Lead on product messaging and positioning to ensure it is consistent across all marketing content
- Create marketing materials and content in order to articulate sustainable credentials of the strategies
- Respond to client queries relating to ESG issues
Candidate Requirements:
- 7-10 years relevant experience in an Investment Specialist or other client-facing role
- CFA qualification would be beneficial
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with a client focused approach
- Genuine passion for sustainable investing and understanding of sustainability-related regulation
- Can-do attitude and enjoy working in a collegial environment
