An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, global Investment Management firm as a RFP and Marketing Manager. This role will be critical in the RFP and Marketing functions of the team, providing essential support to Sales, Investment, Marketing, and Product teams.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the RFP and Marketing Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Lead and support the team with writing and responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
- Work closely with internal teams to produce compelling and engaging marketing materials to reinforce Sales and Client Servicing efforts.
- Ensure the design and content of presentations and other marketing collateral align with brand key messaging.
- Craft bespoke and standard responses to engage with both prospective and existing investors.
- Populate consultant databases with accurate, updated information to promote best practices and continually improve RFP/DDQ processes.
The RFP and Marketing Manager will meet the following skillset:
- Minimum 4 years experience in RFP and Marketing within the asset management sector.
- Demonstrated creative and strategic approach to proposal management, with strong analytical skills.
- Awareness of the financial markets with innovative approaches to distributing marketing content and collateral.
- Client-driven approach, dedicated to meeting deadlines and able to multitask across several projects.
