We are now hiring a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our Shoreditch office. This is a sales-led role, suited to ambitious graduates who are motivated by targets, progression and building a career in a commercial environment.
This role is in our boutique Shoreditch office and offers structured training, clear career progression and the opportunity to develop into a high-performing consultant.
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Developing candidate relationships, supporting live mandates and learning how to operate in a professional, sales-driven recruitment environment.
- Speaking daily with candidates and prospective clients via phone and video, building long-term professional relationships.
- Supporting business development activity by identifying new client opportunities and contributing to client outreach.
- Writing job adverts and marketing live roles to attract high-quality, relevant candidates.
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate network within the investment management industry.
- Networking candidates to generate referrals, market intelligence and new business leads.
- Keeping the CRM/database accurate and up to date, logging candidate and client interactions.
Requirements:
- The permanent right to work in the UK (we are unable to accept Graduate Visa holders or provide sponsorship).
- Some exposure to a sales, office or customer-facing environment beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
