One of the world’s leading global investment management firms is seeking an Accountant on a 6-month FTC to assist in the finance department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within an established team working on a large variety of mandates. Interested candidates please note that there may be a possibility for extension; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accounting duties relating to monthly close of the firm’s legal entities.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements across various jurisdictions and report findings to management.
  • Support external audit; audit work papers and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Identify and troubleshoot opportunities to improve system efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

  • Recently qualified accountant (0-2 yrs’ PQE / 3-5 yrs’ accountancy experience).
  • Knowledge of IFRS highly desirable.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Analytical and attention to detail.
  • Efficient and clear communicator.
