Job Description
Our client is a leading global asset manager with a diverse product suite across multiple international markets. They are seeking a Product Governance Associate to join their team in London to support manage the European fund range.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead on regulatory reporting, fund profiles, annual reports and managing registrations across 20–30 markets.
- Manage the coordination and maintenance of the KIIDs/PRIIPs process.
- Handle fund-related requests, data queries, and cost approvals in coordination with Distribution and external partners.
- Manage invoices, fee allocations, and ensure accuracy in financial processes.
- Maintain the European funds website.
- Where appropriate, assist the Product Manager with product launches, mergers, closures etc.
Candidate Profile:
- 2 – 3 years' experience in product / legal / operations.
- Strong knowledge of UCITS & AIFs structures.
- Hands-on experience producing UCITS KIIDs and PRIIPs.
- Exposure to international distribution and registration processes is desirable.
- Experience working in an international team highly beneficial.
