The role will focus on delivering process excellence across key business areas, using data-led insight and industry-recognised methodologies to drive measurable improvement.
This is a strategic position for a candidate with strong process optimisation experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across operations, compliance, and service teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead process improvement initiatives from scoping through to implementation
- Identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance client outcomes
- Use operational data and metrics to evaluate performance and measure the impact of changes
- Produce detailed process documentation including process maps, requirements, and gap analyses
- Work with cross-functional teams to embed new processes, ensuring business readiness and adoption
- Support change management and training initiatives as part of process rollouts
- Provide guidance and coaching to stakeholders involved in continuous improvement activity
- Minimum 5 years' experience in process improvement or business operations roles
- Background in financial services, ideally within asset management or investment platforms
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks (certification preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior internal clients
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to interpret and act on performance data
- Experience creating structured documentation to support change delivery
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Exposure to regulated environments (FCA or equivalent)
- Experience working with platform operations, fund administration, or back-office functions
