The Role
Our client is looking for a Junior Analyst to join their Strategic Partners team, supporting a range of sales, client servicing, and analytical functions across the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting due diligence and managing data requests for small to mid-sized Strategic Partnership clients
- Supporting the Analyst team across a variety of analysis projects
- Processing leads generated from Strategic Partnership Manager events
- Assisting Strategic Partnership Managers with day-to-day account management
- Supporting Independent Review House due diligence requests
- Helping coordinate client events, maintaining the events tracker, and managing merchandise ordering and logistics
- Updating and distributing sales compliance literature
- Acting as a liaison between the Strategic Partnerships division and internal teams such as finance
- Supporting the Head of Strategic Partnerships with client communications
- Contributing to regional business development strategy meetings
- Assisting with Salesforce management
- Attending industry events and Strategic Partnership Manager activities as required
What They’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in an administration, paraplanning, or analysis role
- High proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a numerate mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and an analytical approach
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a collaborative team-player attitude
- A willingness to learn and pursue further professional qualifications
- High levels of integrity and organisational ability, with the capacity to multitask and remain calm under pressure
