An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a top tier asset management firm as a Marketing Proposal Executive. The purpose of this role is to support the Global Marketing team and is best suited to candidates with a work history in RFPs.
The Marketing Proposal Executive will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Manage and lead the RFP/DDQ process, including assisting with drafting and creating RFP responses and ensuring responses meet agreed deadlines.
- Be the key contact for senior stakeholders and client groups.
- Proactively expand knowledge and understanding of the business’s products, services and internal systems to assist with developing responses.
- Responsible for ensuring all RFP resources are reviewed and approved before distribution, including meeting compliance standards.
- Actively contribute to team meetings, where appropriate.
The Marketing Proposal Executive will meet the following skillset:
- Minimum 2 years’ RFP/DDQ experience within the asset management sector.
- Experience in the institutional and advisory marketplace.
- Good understanding of investments and investment markets.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
