A global organization is seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to oversee HR third-party suppliers across Europe and the Americas. This role will drive consistent vendor governance, strengthen risk management practices, and act as a key link between HR, risk, procurement, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage governance across a large portfolio of HR vendors covering onboarding, performance, renewals, and offboarding.
  • Lead third-party risk activities including due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Track vendor performance against SLAs/KPIs and manage escalations where required.
  • Act as central point of contact between HR, risk teams, procurement, and suppliers.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance control and compliance.
  • Oversee risk remediation actions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate vendor data, reporting, and audit-ready documentation.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in vendor management or third-party risk within a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with risk frameworks and tools (e.g. ServiceNow, OneTrust, or similar).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-focused with strong documentation and governance capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong analytical ability.
