DescriptionA leading global investment management firm is seeking a Client Transition Analyst to join its London-based team. This role is responsible for supporting client asset transitions, account onboarding, portfolio restructures, fund events, and asset transfers while ensuring a strong operational risk and control environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate client transition events including new mandate fundings, account closures, asset transfers and portfolio restructures.Manage account opening documentation, custodial and market set-ups and in-kind asset transfers.Support portfolio rebalances, benchmark changes and investment-driven account restructures.Coordinate fund launches, closures and share class events.Liaise with investment teams, portfolio managers, traders, custodians, administrators and external service providers.Monitor and process cash flows and support reconciliation activities.Contribute to process improvements, controls and operational best practices.RequirementsExperience in investment operations, asset management operations, custody, fund operations or financial services.Strong understanding of securities, cash movements and investment operational processes.Excellent organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Knowledge of derivatives and transfer agency functions is advantageous.If you have a background in investment operations and are looking to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment within a global investment management business, we’d love to hear from you.
