A highly reputable alternative investment management house is expanding globally and is looking for an RFP & Client Relations Executive to join their collaborative team. The RFP & Client Relations Executive, reporting directly to the Head of Client Relations, will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Being a key point of contact for the Sales team in organising roadshows, co-ordinating events and conferences as well as supporting in investor meetings.
  • Producing compelling and engaging marketing materials, pitch decks and presentations in line with business needs.
  • Supporting in the response to any and all client queries and responses, taking responsibility for bespoke and standard RFP responses.
  • Maintaining consultant databases as well as using CRM systems to identify new leads, generating a pipeline from pre-sales to close.
  • Ad-hoc operational duties, involving client reporting and oversight of the on-boarding process.

The Client Relations Executive must have the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an RFP/Client Services within the asset management sector.
  • Strong knowledge of institutional markets with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Detail oriented, collaborative and able to manage multiple projects across deadlines.
  • Understanding and experience working within the alternatives space preferred but not essential.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, committed to providing unwavering and timely client service in a client-driven, collegiate environment.
