A leading global asset manager is seeking an Operations Implementation Associate to join its UK Custom Retirement Solutions team. This role supports the delivery and implementation of multi-asset investment solutions for defined contribution (DC) clients, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operational processes, including fund launches, transitions, and investment changes.
  • Support implementation of investment propositions in line with platform and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct portfolio reconciliations, trade instructions, and data reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in delivery of transformational projects to enhance DC default investment solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with UK DC regulations, including FCA rules and governance standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, trustees, and platform partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive automation, and maintain data accuracy.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in DC pensions operations, asset management, or consultancy.
  • Solid understanding of UK DC investment products and regulatory framework.
  • Proven ability to manage BAU changes and complex projects.
  • Strong numeracy and proficiency in Excel; experience with large datasets and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
