A boutique investment management firm is looking for an Investment Operations Manager to grow their team. This role is based in their London office, with a team of investment professionals.
Duties will include:
- Oversee the effective control of processing, recording and settlements of investments
- Lead strategic relationships with suppliers
- Ensure all trades are captured ensuring timely management of investments
- Lead and support projects impacting day to day activities
- Proactively develop contacts and successful firm wide relationships to enable optimum working collaboration
- Ensure exceptional service to clients and minimise operational risk
The successful candidate will have:
- Middle Office management experience in the investment management industry
- Experience in significant operating model change within a large organisation is preferred
- Experience in detailed, complex analytical work
- Comfortable working closely with an investments team
