This role will be responsible for arranging and coordinating event logistics in London, working closely with business partners to ensure smooth implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver all types of events, conferences, webinars, and virtual events successfully and in alignment with company image and objective.
- Arrange and coordinate event logistics as well as keep track of participation and collect feedback after events.
- Attend events to ensure they run smoothly and advise and provide assistance for one-off projects.
- Manage documents for events from start to finish including agendas.
