A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Client Transition Analyst to join its London-based team. This role is responsible for supporting client asset transitions, account onboarding, portfolio restructures, fund events, and asset transfers while ensuring a strong operational risk and control environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client transition events including new mandate fundings, account closures, asset transfers and portfolio restructures.
  • Manage account opening documentation, custodial and market set-ups and in-kind asset transfers.
  • Support portfolio rebalances, benchmark changes and investment-driven account restructures.
  • Coordinate fund launches, closures and share class events.
  • Liaise with investment teams, portfolio managers, traders, custodians, administrators and external service providers.
  • Monitor and process cash flows and support reconciliation activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements, controls and operational best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in investment operations, asset management operations, custody, fund operations or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of securities, cash movements and investment operational processes.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of derivatives and transfer agency functions is advantageous.
